Personal training has become the next-level in player development.  Finding the right trainer at the right price helps the young player go from average to good, from good to great.....it helps players focus on their craft, develop new skills, and improve the habits of focus and commitment necessary for "next-level" success!

Elite Basketball Group's team of top-level coaching talent as well as their supporting staff are available for 1-on-1 and small group training sessions that run roughly from the end of travel season through the beginning of the winter school season (late July through the end of September).  Coaches can train beyond these dates by request.  Contact us by email to request a training coach for your son or daughter's personal basketball development.

Marcus Young hails from Rochester, New York.  He is a former High School All-American basketball player and All-State Football player from Bishop Kearney High School, and graduated as the school’s all-time leading scorer while leading them to two Section V championships. He received a scholarship to Alabama A&M University, where he graduated with a degree in Marketing.  He helped lead the men’s basketball team to its first SWAC championship and NCAA appearance during the 2004-2005 season. Washington is applicable to every kids life: “I have learned  that success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed.”

Coach Kwame grew up on the Caribbean island of Trinidad and had big dreams of playing basketball in America. He persuaded his parents to let him attend a basketball camp in Indiana the summer prior to his junior year in high school. At that camp he was discovered by the legendary basketball coach Bobby Knight and offered a Division I Basketball scholarship.  Kwame transferred to the legendary Lawrence North H.S.(Mike Conley, Greg Oden) in Indianapolis, where he was also recruited by over 35 Division I schools. Kwame chose the University of Evansville, Indiana, where he was a Starter for three years. He was the Starting center on the 1999 MVC Regular Season Champions, and that same year led the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) in field goal percentage.  Coach Kwame played in the NCAA Tournament versus Kansas in 1999, and then went on to play 7 years of professional basketball around the world - primarily in Argentina and France. Coach Kwame has a strong passion for the game of Basketball and loves to teach the fundamentals of the game to the next generation of Stars. Over the years he has trained, mentored and coached youth athletes that went on to play Division I Basketball. Coach Kwame has three beautiful kids and a wonderful wife and enjoys producing music as a hobby.
